It's so creepy. No cleaning at all and the smell’s bad in the room

Decent but needs work, still love y’all though It wasn’t that it was a horror show but, I had to wait like 20 minutes to be checked in because the front desk attendant was outside talking to his girlfriend. Then when I finally got checked in I went up stairs and the whole hallway smelled horrible, like dirty water or something… the room was clean, it had a full kitchen so that was dope, and the bed was comfortable. 3/5 the room redeemed the experience but overall I see wholes in the game up there.. Not great. We didn’t stay because it was filthy. Unfortunately CA makes it so the hotel can’t kick out squatters in parking lots, and the pet smells were over the top.

Cold and dark, smelled musty. No smoke alarm in our room.

I dont know if its Expedia or the hotel, but when i showed up to check in i was unable to get the room to no availability of rooms. There needs to be good communication between the hotel and Expedia regarding room availability
