Sadly my worst hotel experience ever My husband and I booked this hotel for a Disneyland trip. The hotel gave away our room the night of our check in. They told us that regardless of us having reservations it was a first come first serve hotel and their rooms were completely filled for the night. The remote did not work, I did not have even 1 extra roll of toilet paper. I had to actually ask for it; however, they did give me extra pillows. This was suppose to come with a continental breakfast and they had no coffee or creamers when I went outside the room and it was still early...8am for crying out loud!

What a dump. Bed is awful. Needs remodeling. Dark and dreary. Evening staff very rude, doesn’t listen.
