WiFi speeds were terrible. 1-2mbs free, 2-8mbs paid. Couldn’t use.

The keycard lock on our door was very challenging, it only acknowledged the card after a few tries. I was traveling with a baby so having to fiddle with a lock to try to get into my hotel room was quite a nuisance.

The first two room smelled like pee and the third shower looked like this we just sleep and left got a new room the next day to shower

Where to begin? The room smelled of smoke the minute I walked in and I went back to the front desk. She came with me to the room and said she did not smell anything. I said I still do so she got the manager. Manager said she definitely smelled the smoke but it must have been by maintenance that checks the burners on the stove and lets them burn for 30 minutes and he must have just done that. Cigg Smoke infiltrating room every day ...., poor bedding, outside grounds and parking lost - not tended to (trash and ciff butts)...

Huge Cockroaches! Our experience was ok until we came across cockroaches in the morning and not little ones, huge ones! I honestly never want to stay at another Extended Stay hotel.

We liked the room: spacious and neat, even though the microwave tray was greasy. We also liked the quietness. We absolutely did not like the total lack of consciousness regarding the seriousness of COVID-19. With the exception of two hotel employees, everybody else was not wearing mask, guests included. Stayed one night for business. There are some characters at this hotel that seem to be “extending” their stay. Smelled dirty, if you need anything for the kitchen you have to check it out. Not even a basic coffee cup was in the room.
