Over booked and cancelled my reservation. Very bad business practices

Management straight out called me a liar when I had spoken to staff member in regards to a credit or date change ainceihad ordered for the wrong day
Jealous people in room 239 Walls are paper thin... could not have a good time with my wife... getting phone calls to my room every 15 minutes from front desk about noise complaints... we wanted to have a good time away from our kids.... we are young and still have sex... don't be jealous who ever stayed at room 239 on August 16th 2019
Pay for a king size bed and I get to the hotel was over booked for the night for a king size bed No kitchen supplies to cook was giving what I needed

Make sure everything is cleaned before staying They had bugs in the bathroom ...The mattress cover was very soiled and looked like it had not been cleaned when we removed the sheets off the bed. My bathtub was filthy and when I asked to have house cleaning clean it , I was told no housekeepers were available until the next day. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

The ladies at the check in counter were okay. The lobby smelled like old Vegas. They told us that if we smoke in our rooms we get charged for cleaning. They also had no cleaning service, maids, if we wanted the room turned down we had to pay. Once we were in the room it was horrible!. The room smelled like cigarettes and the room smelled just BAD!.
