The rug in the room is dirty and needed shampoo. There was a noise disturbance after 9 pm; people were partying in the hallway. No employee on duty came out to stop the noise.

Smelly room, low tier customer service We checked in late to the room, and it was very smelly. The staff said ‘I am sorry to hear that’ and did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. Never going back there

Meh... The cleanliness in the hotel was bad! Poor crowd hanging around, and had a odor in the hotel. Also I couldn't even take a bath because they said they didn't allow people to use the bath plugs because of potential flood. Showers only... I didn't understand that. Overall wasnt too happy with this location at all.

Worst hotel stay ever. The only good thing I can say is the hotel allowed my dog (at a price). The service was horrible. No ice machine. They were to let me borrow ice trays and would deliver to my room; never happened. One baggage trolley available for a three story hotel. Free breakfast consists of tiny muffin, coffee or tea. Horrible dirty experience It was horrible. Had to show up late in the middle of the night. Took forever for some one to come out to help. Room was dirty. Fecal matter stains In toilet. Blood drops in sink. Hair in bed. Sheets seemed to be reused. Tried to check out almost immediately no one came out to help. This is like at 3:30A.m. Ended up just leaving walked to hotel next door. I could not get my money refunded the next morning. Horrible experience

Room Stunk! Service was find checking in, especially since it was a last minute booking, however, the room, although listed as non-smoking, smelled of old cigarette smoke. It was gross! We left the windows opened during our entire stay to air it out, but, it barely helped. Wont be staying here again.
