This is not a safe place to stay there are people living in this place and they were smoking marijuana in the hallway very scary place to stay with your family.

Room already occupied by a Roach! Had a long day went to check in to get five hours of sleep before heading home only to find a huge roach in the bath tub! called front desk they moved me to a different room. Let the front office know I took a picture if the manager needed proof! tough to sleep after that. I will spare the rest of you the photo and not load it on this review!

Roaches in the room My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel from 10/12 to 10/14. We have been here multiple times before without issues, however; we are staying at room 303 and have come across multiple sights of roaches throughout the room. We honestly are disappointed with the service we were provided by the night employee saying that he could fix this tomorrow and that there was nothing he could do tonight; mind you we are scheduled to check out today. The room was gross tye floors were sticky and the counters felt dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were ssdly lacking quality. I expect a lot more from a hotel and will never stay at this chain again. I will stick with hilton and Marriott after this experience

Horrible customer service Called at 11am to see if it was possible to check in early as I was getting married that day and was told not till 3. So I showed up at 3 and checked in the two rooms I have reserved (one for me and one for the future in laws).
