I didn't like that they don't have a bathroom in the reception, no gym and no dinner room! They don't clean your room, only if you pay more money and if you want clean lines and towels you have to bring the dirty linen to the front desk!

The entire property smells like tobacco. The comforter on our bed had cigarette burn marks all over it.

The hotel did not have a room for me and said they were all booked and blamed the mistake on Expedia and Expedia blamed it on the hotel, so here I am 10:00 pm without a hotel room

the room smelled like some one had been smoking in there

Read the Fine Prints Carefully Well, put it this way - I should have read the fine prints carefully since this was the first time I stayed at Extended Stay America. I thought the free breakfast was free continental breakfast. However, it was free grab-and-go breakfast and coffee. I thought the internet access was free. However, if you accidentally choose a wrong option when connecting the wifi, it would cost you a fortune. horrible, booked through hotel site was notified by hotel after that the room i already paid for was not available nor were they able to accommodate me with another room, held my payment even though they were not able to provide room, still trying for my refund!! rude staff as well. showed available rooms through booking site even though i was told they did not have the room i requested....

Property Dirty trash everywhere. Upon Arriving we could not check in. Once checked in hallways were full of trash baskets, cupcakes smashed in the hall ways. No ROOM SERVICE, no clean sheets, bedding. Hallways smelled of dog fecies. Pets running around without owners. Room was ok. Our irons were broken we requested 2 of them and they gave us they samebrojen irons. To go breakfast was a cereal bar and coffee. There is no true breakfast on the Go. Property not well maintained. No ice or ice machines. This was not a good hotel ... read more
