awards banquet I knew this was not the best hotel in the area but it was for one night When I got there my door was not working correctly the linen had stains on them the room was in need of remodeling the bed and pillows were hard. Might stay there again but only if I have too.

bad room maintence the bathroom light is broken, and toilet jammed. I asked front desk to help to fix them. no one come to help to fix the problems during my three days stay!

DISGUSTING ROOM It was terrible very dirty rooms, the hallways had a horrible smell. I was so unhappy, I went downstairs to complain to the manager Wendy. She offered to switch my room however, when I went to view the room that was offered that room was dirty as well. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Maybe skip this hotel. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in front of our door. I call down to the front desk and the apologize and say they will bring clean dishes. Get in the room there were no towels anabolic the sheets were dirty. So we call again. They come and clean it up and put fresh towels and sheets in the room. So I’m not excited about the room but I figure we will make due. The next morning I ask for maid service just to vacuum the floor after my son made a good size mess with his crackers. The staff gave them the extra star First I would like to say that the staff was courteous and as helpful as they could be given the situation. The first room we were put in was a mess. It still had toothpaste spit in the sink and pubes in the bed. The room had a horrible smell as well. They moved us into the next room which was clean. However, in the middle of the night I awoke to a smell of a hot element. Kinda like the smell of a hair dryer when it heats up. The AC had stopped working and had over heated. Not happy! I didn’t get the room I was promised. Was told that if I needed clean towels, I would have to bring them to the desk downstairs and they would give me clean ones then. The “grab and go” breakfast was sad. Coffee and hot water for tea plus granola bars. Could have had a sweet roll or donut. Just saying! Also, the heater didn’t work.

they could use friendlier staff. they dont listen when you call the first time or complain so call/complain 3 more times.
