Just UNACCEPTABLE The room we were given was totally unacceptable. The odor was horrible. The corners of the floors were dirty, the bottom shelf was obviously not dusted, the bathroom had BLOOD on the wall!!! It was late and I had children with me. When I discussed with management I found out this room had undergone a remodel! Walls were painted for sure but carpet was stained, missing knobs on dresser and night stand and the ODOR!!!!

Do NOT waste your time!!! Came for a late check-in (4:00am) after a 7 hour drive. The front desk clerk was no where to be found. I waited for an hour & no one attended to me. Canceled my reservation & asked for a FULL refund!

Wouldn't EXTEND the Stay The 1st room smelled like an ashtray and was a non-smoking room. Was moved t9 another room and the bed was extremely hard, the bed smelled like urine and the linen (sheet/blanket) smelled as well. Also, a customer had 2 large pitbulls and they lunged out the door when my husband and I walked by. Glad the lady pulled both back in as she told her friend she couldn't deal with them both to bring outside.

Worst hotel ever This is the worst hotel. Felt like a half way house for pedifiles. A/C did not work. Top it off managment along with police officers knocking in guest asking if weed was being smoked

I book this hotel because it had a kitchen but to find out there is no pots/pans and utensils to cook with. Room had a funny smell as we entered the room. There was no housekeeping service. Had to pick up towels and toilet paper at the front desk.

Even though the room had a kitchenette there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen. No dishes, pans, utensils etc. only a small kitchen towel. No extra blanket, pillow. Bare bones. Thin blanket and bedspread. Not warm enough. Only three pillows on bed that were small not even standard size. Towels were thin.
