gross It was dirty when we first walked in... but it was late so we went to the room... it stunk so bad!! Dirty and old... we went back to the front desk...the lady at the desk was very helpful and refunded our money and we left... would not stay there ever!

Understaffed, rude I requested towels and they told I needed to bring down the dirty towels and they would give me new ones. They were not going to send no one to deliver towels because they were not a full service. I asked for clean sheets just to make sure they were changed and they said no.

Don't stay here It took 24 hours and multiple requests to get the cook ware in the room. Fresh towels are rare and must be asked for multiple times.

Rude Staff and Unclean Room Checked in at 3am and they weren't even open like I was promised, the cleaning guy let us in. Walked in to a mildew smelling room only to step in a big wet spot with my socks where the A/C was obviously leaking for a while. -2 rating. Room was smelly, the bed was so uncomfortable & pillows are flat as a pancake. reservation included a breakfast but the breakfast is just coffee & energy bars. Lol!!!!

Horrible Hotel The whole entire hotel smells including all of the rooms we stayed in. We had nine families and every single one of us had an issue with check in. We booked all of our rooms to Expedia or hotels.com and did not get what we booked it says free breakfast but they only give hot chocolate and muffins in the morning there were people that didn't even stay in the hotel that came in and out

Room has kitchen but no kitchen wares .. shower is licking. Toilet flush onece in a while

Rude, dirty lobby rugs. A ghetto hotel! So when I got there, they said they are fully book!! I made a reservation a day before, and my reservation was confirmed and paid.. how can they do this to people!? I was tired and hoping to rest that night when I get to the hotel! But they said it's fully booked! What a mess! They were saying it's a system error for hotel.com fault for getting all this reservation! I will never go to this hotel ever again!
