Won't be back Took an hour to registered. One chair in lobby and it was occupied by friend or relative of an employee. Front desk girl was really nice. But she doesn't have much to work with. Last time I book there.

Sad property with terrible housekeeping. This was my first time staying at an extended stay and probably my last. housekeeping and maintenance department definitely need work .

1/5 stars with a simple explanation Bathroom: Used towel on the floor and on the sink, there was an open soap package on the ground, and there was dried urine on the toilet seat and on the rim of the bathtub Bed: Bed was made but had hair all over it and dirt on top Breakfast: limited (i.e. coffee, packaged oatmeal, and muffins) Service: After complaining about the condition of our room, the employee cleaned the bathroom and only took away our top bed sheet. I am disable and you have no rooms that are Accessibility. There was a line going out the door and no body came up. what made it worse he wanted to chat it up with people.

Horrible Bad, rooms smell I got sick. Changed room,& very small I was told 'What do you want for the price?' You're in Cypress.

4th of July weekend 4th of July weekend a 4or 5 day event, not a lot of availability, but I got it on short notice. The Front desk guy working alone was busy he upgraded me from a queen to king size bed. I got in the room and it smelled like chemical something or other, I got used to it after awhile. Later I was putting some ice cream in the freezer and there was an exploded coke all over the freezer. Bed, HVAC, and TV worked fine, as did the wifi but it was at another $4 a day.
