Worst experience ever. After check in the they sent me several times to the dirty rooms. How the city of Irvine can have hotel like this? They should sanitize this place. ……

Very dusty. Multiple people drinking and being loud in the parking lot. This lasted until 0140 or so.

We thought staying anywhere in Irvine would be great but the tub was dirty and peeling with hair from previous tenants, the bathroom sink is loose and running with ants. Not ideal for kids.

Dirty sheets. Toilet lid had pubic hair on it. After a long drive, we couldn’t shower. No hot water for 3 days but still took our reservations. Couldn’t reach staff after 9pm. Morning staff was very apologetic and tried to be helpful though.
