Basic amenities such as a hair dryer had to be requested at office. ZERO kitchen utensils, plates, cooking pans & glassware in unit. Very dirty & sticky floors.

The room was many years past a makeover. Old and dated. Hairs on the bed. Not good.

Nightmare. When you work in customer service you should atleast try to smile and greet customers. On the day of my checkout the lady at the front desk scolded me asking a question about canceling one night. She did that infront of other customers. I believe her name was Kayla? Short blonde hair. Terribly rude and rolled her eyes a lot.

PLEASE READ: I am writing this review from the future to my past self. DO NOT book this hotel, the pictures of this hotel are not accurate. If I could see the pictures I took, I would never have booked the room. We checked in during the night, so we didn’t notice the holes in the curtain.
