First room I got was unsanitary. Second room I was moved to the sink did not work. Very inconvenient

Hallways outside the rooms had overflowing garbage bins. Rooms had no basics such as shampoo or conditioner. Kitchenette came with no cloths, paper towels. Guests have to supply absolutely everything. Check-in was 3pm but our room was dirty so they sent us to another room, that too was dirty. Finally the third try was acceptable.

Not up to Hotels.com standards. We did not stay in the hotel. The room was filthy with pee in the toilet. Used beds and we were told there was coffee in the am not breakfast. Staff was nice and offered a refund. We had to find another place to stay. The guy in front of us checked out too. After midnight so we were tired.

Really terrible The sheets were dirty and the power outlets did not work. The room had a six inch table and no chairs and a mini fridge.

Staff was nice, but had ine ipen our door when we were still there and had another night left. Shows queen beed with a chair and we had no chair. Stove top needs to be updated.
