I was not permitted to check in since the clerk at the hotel was not able to verify my reservation! This is extremely bad business and I expect an immediate refund!

Smelled. Felt unsafe. Lots of loitering from people. Cops was on site one time.

Choose somewhere else to stay Had to move rooms 2 times for broken AC, and Honestly dont know the last time they cleaned. Both rooms we booked were filthy. Black feet within 2 minutes of getting out of the shower. Have pictures but the app will not let me upload. Have to go to the office for literally everything. Soap, coffee, etc.

Extended Stay did not honor reservation. Had staff issues. Left us out in cold with no help. Had to find new hotel, plus struggle through with Expedia for refund. Did not pay extra. Expedia gave coupon for future use. Will never use Extended Stay.
