The room I booked did not have a roll out bed in couch although it said it did when I booked. It slept 2 not 4 as promised.

Room smelled like cat and sure enough, found cat feces and fur in a couple corners. Have pictures if needed. I was also double charged but both orbitz and the hotel made it right.

We didn't like that the room was dirty and had spiders and just a bad smell all in the room. Tried to change but no rooms available nearby.

The property is run down, old & dirty. The refrigerator in our room did not work upon arrival. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day. So the next morning I had to remind them again that the refrigerator wasn’t working. Then, two maintenance men dragged the nonworking unit out & replaced it with a dirty refrigerator from another room, telling me to clean it! In addition, there was dog poop all over the grounds. Stay away from this place. It’s disgusting.

We booked 2 queen bed room via Expedia. They didn’t have that when we arrived. They gave us 1 king and a sofa bed room. Sleeping on a sofa bed was a horrible experience. I got a back pain after that night.
