Insects and spiders, soaps & tissues very low quality , when it comes to housekeeping you have to wait for a week to get it!! At the front desk Heather was lack of courtesy ,over the phone and in person.. she needs to smile and relax more with customers

The hotel is definitely in need of improvement. The rooms are rough. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been in. The sheets are also like sandpaper and extremely. I would not recommend m.

This is a lot older than it looks in pictures. The room had a musty smell, the beds were uncomfortable, and the water pressure was terribly low. The breakfast is just a muffin and a coffee in the lobby, not an actual continental breakfast. I would definitely not stay here again.

Roaches. Smelt bad and not worth $560 a night.

Room was not clean when we got there. Toilet was unclean, hair was in the bathtub.... The host was very helpful and even reduced our cost the first night, but other than that we were very disappointed in the condition and dirtiness of the room. We were shocked to find this in Irvine Ca !
