Dirty and nasty Horrible i want all of my money back
The too was not clean. I saw a bug that had to kill on the chair next to bed. No soap to wash hands. The kitchenette wasn't usable. Not what i expected for this hotel. I have stayed at other extended stays and experience was better.

It was dirty. The room smelled like mold. Behind the curtain it was all molded!

This property was very DIRTY from the moment you walk into the lobby to check in. No one bothered to clean up or vacuum. Our room was GROSS & CRUMBS EVERYWHERE CARPET WAS FILTHY,COUNTER HAD DRY SAUCE OR KETCHUP. Plates were still outside of the door when we checked in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They didn’t have the room I booked and paid for. No pool even through the website stated they have one. No “bar” fridge like was stated. No dishes or cutlery for the kitchenette. Had to ask for towels as there was 1 towel for 2 people. Smelled like urine outside the room. Was given completely wrong directions from the front desk. Asked if there was a McDonalds near and the front desk lady shrugged her shoulders and looked at me like I had 4 heads. The ONLY good thing about this place, really great location.
