Cob webs, stains on the sheets, and no towels I've stayed at other Extended Stay America properties and never had such a terrible room. When I first walked it, it smelled like smoke. Not a huge deal for me, so I just went with it. Then I noticed the bed sheets had stains, they had been washed but the stains were still faintly visible. The ceiling had multiple cob webs in various spots throughout the room. To top it all off, I went to take a shower this morning and there were no towels. The only towel I had was a hand towel.

Our first floor room had a window that would not lock, the lights on the side of the bed did not work and the carpet had lots of large stains all over. We were moved to a second room that also had large stains on the carpet, duct tape across the carpet to cover a cord and the shower curtain had stains and mold on it.

Dilapidated and broken bathtub The room was slightly updated Room 112. But the bathroom was the worst I had with hotels. bathtub was stained and peeling, I was afraid to step on it and take a bath. Extremely dirty bathtub. For Irvine standard, it is #5 or lower.

The room was very old and bathroom tub was gross. No ice machine, had to take my own towels to exchange for clean. Pillows were old, stain on bedspread, floors were dirty.

No housekeeping, so not ideal for extended stay Dirty, horrible continual breakfast, no housekeeping, but the staff as helpful if you went to the front desk and asked for something (e.g. extra towels, kitchen set, extra pillows, etc.), they gave it to you. There was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or lotion in the room, just for your information.
