2 of the pillows had no bedsheets, the bed was poorly made. The bedcover came off while sleeping. I have stayed before, but the room was much dirtier feeling. Love the area though.

This property has the Dirtiest ROOM that I have ever walked into. The carpet was all stained, the shower had hair, all the bath towels had stains including one with pubic hair, the sheets had stains. I was taken aback as this place is in IRVINE a good location next to the IRVINE SPECTRUM. I turned around and walked back in my car and left. I could not stay the night in that room. Very deceiving. No pool! Even when website clearly ehows a pool. Blood in the sofa cover. All thr facilities dirty. Didnt feel safe going outside. No ice machine!

Did not have bath towels in our room and we had to go down to the front desk to get them. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke as well.

Cleanliness should be priority:( The comforter between the 2 sheets was dirty, underneath the bed was dirty and there was animal hair in the carpet, the beds led cane off the peg and I fixed it myself, the carpet was stained, and the wall and some type of food on the wall. The hotel was in a great local for our event and many stores and places to eat nearby.
