I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I had to request a coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner. I didn’t realize these things were missing until 5 am, and no one was at the front desk. At 6 am there was still no one at the front desk, and a sign stating ‘no coffee’. I had to go to 7-eleven to get all the things I needed.

Renovated , no shampoo, no waters no amenities at all. Bed was comfortable Room was clean.

I wish I could attach pictures! I took a bunch. The tub was disgusting, the caulk was all rotted, the cabinets were rotted and big dents in them, the refrigerator looked like someone kicked it in, the sheets had stains. The wifi didn't work and they couldn't help me. They gave me a phone number, and they couldn't help me either. I would never stay there again. When there was actually someone at the front desk, which was rare, they were nice.

Heating wasn’t working, not well maintained

Poor Maintenance Hotel had a really poor service, personnel does not even know where the rooms are located, they don’t have a map either. Reception door does not work correctly. During my stay room had a really strong weed smell, although I know is legal, not everyone enjoys it… so it was horrible, when I got to the room they had trash over the counter.

disgustingly dirty rooms, horrible customer service, rude reception staff, not helpful at all, older noc lady at night is cool other then that horrible staff 0/10 trash hotel.
