Air conditioner not functioning Room was comfortable enough. Air conditioner fan was squeaking loudly as to make it unusable. Otherwise comfortable. Second floor with no elevator made carrying heavy luggage cumbersome.

Hotel stay Room smelled of lingering food that a LOT of air freshener was sprayed trying to mask the smell when we checked in. However, once the air freshener dissipated, the room saturated our clothes during our one day stay. The bathroom and kitchen was in poor condition with rusted tub and the kitchen cabinets was water damaged. The stove was stained/rusted and overall very old and due for a remodel.

The staff wasn’t good and the rooms dirty and smells smoke even if it’s a non smoking room.

While the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the property is absolutely due for an upgrade. The beds are uncomfortable, restrooms and showers are lackluster, and the windows/fixings/lobby are outdated. We had high expectations because the Irvine spectrum center is so close and were disappointed.
