I was terribly disappointed. My check in took over 30 minutes. I had to go to dinner and come back to get an acceptable room. I had to wait until the next morning to get get dishes and silverware. When I called the front office I didn’t get an answer. My call was transferred to reservations. It appeared to be drug addicts in the parking area so I assumed they were in the rooms also. I didn’t feel safe to leave the room at night.

We had to wait 1 hour and half to get our room and then the room was not even clean. It was just a horrible experience

ABSOLUTE SH*TSHOW The check in was absolutely horrible. I was welcomed with straight attitude from the beginning and the woman at the front desk said she was out of rooms even though I had previously reserved one online. If I could give zero stars, I would. She didn’t know which rooms were clean so she ran around the property and came back to assign us a room, only for it to have black hair in the shower and on the night stand. There were so many things wrong with this hotel. It looked very run down, furniture in the room was dirty or falling apart, we were assigned a room but then when I got to that room someone was already in there so I had to return to the office for another room. Was extremely underwhelmed by this property and would never stay here again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this place. The room was disgustingly dirty. The shower was out of order, the toilet leaked constantly, leaving a perpetually wet floor. The sink was also nonfunctional, covered in soap scum. To top it off, there were leftover male hair shavings scattered on the counter. I took photos to prove that I am not exaggerating. Oh, and there are no towels! The front desk clerk was great tho!
