*The rooms were not very clean and falling apart. i have never left a review but if you do have other options to stay, I would choose somewhere else based on cleanliness and the state of the rooms

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Got room for my Daughter and 2 Grands 4 & 1. At 9pm check in the Front desks greeting was the hotel is not like the photos and very dated. She had a king size bed with sofa sleeper and they said the sofa might not have a mattress. My daughter could not find the room as numbers were not clearly posted. Booked and paid for Deluxe Studio for family of 3 to sleep on (1) King and (1) Sofa couch, and the hotel gave us a room with a missing sofa bed. Staff did nothing to solidify our problem. Accommodation details: You booked 1 room. Deluxe Studio, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Non Smoking

We ordered two beds, a king and a fold out couch. There was no mattress in the couch. We woke up the next morning with bites from bed bugs all over legs and feet. The manager called and said they were refunding our money, but the money was never put back into my account. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Poor staff representation. The room had graphic sticker in the night stand and I was traveling with 3 small children.
