its not clean, also the hallway outside the room its very dirty and the bathroom are not clean also microwave does not work smell of the room horrible , definitely not going back there

75 minutes to check in as reported they were short 5 house keeping people. Room was old tired dated, leaky shower house poor drainage in wheelchair accessible shower hot plate was old dirty however BEST AC I've experienced in a while.

Bad room service Nobody did room cleaning service for me. And I booked non-smoking room. But they gave me smoking room.

The free breakfast isn’t worth it The room was mediocre at best. We checked in rather late, like 11pm. The person at the front desk directed us to the wrong side of the hotel so we had to go back to the lobby and double check where the room was supposed to be. The room had a trash can that still had trash from the previous occupant and the chairs had crumbs on them. First off FALSE Advertising when they state breakfast included! There was nothing but coffee and hot water! Plus we kept hearing banging from the other side of the wall, like they where nailing to the wall. Staff is so unfriendly, rude whet asked for assistance. Room was clean and comfortable overall.
