Hotel room very outdated, my room floor was not clean and sand all over the place, No phone service available I went down to the 6×6 ft check in office asked that my room is not clean, the recipient didn't have other option , no shampoo ,conditioner, body wash were available, she nicely hand me 3 small bottle to work with. I had to map the floor with the towel twice before I get to bed. My Son had soccer tournament at great park and thought this hotel is close by to the park, but unfortunately appeared that I waste my moneys... read more

Was not clean, we found hair at bathroom and sink was dirty.

I was approached by 2 male residents placed by construction company they worked for. Feeling ill from heat stroke, i panicked and failed to check in. Did not trust their offering to move my VW Van, get in and drive it. Managed to exit property to.go to Saddleback Medical Center; booked at 8hr wait time.

Probably our worst hotel experience ever The facilities were so so, but the place wasn’t clean at all and they left us with no towels! There was food stain on the counter, grease on the nightstand, stains on the floor, and the floor was wet. When told the desk about it they said “sorry, we only have one house keeper here tower. The room was really cheap (I guess you get what you pay for), but maybe they should raise the price and hire more staff. Never again!!!

Not up to my standards Just too old and not very safe. Dark and scary outside.

Very unhappy, very dirty and the was a Cigarette burn on the counter of the bathroom. There was Scratches all over the wall where the paint came off.
