Not what I expected. The place smells bad

It was dirty smelled. All the light went out as soon as I was in elevator. Did not stay there just left and got a room in a Fairfield hotel!!! Hope I get my money back

Worst ever Checked in about 7pm and was told the room wasn’t ready because the rooms hadn’t been clean yet!! Mind you check in time is at 3pm and it’s four hours later!! We were told it would be approximately another two hour wait before the room would be ready!! Tired after a long day of work just wanted to rest and relax! Unsatisfactory and was given no compensation but either to wait or just cancel the reservation and look for another place with no sincerity at all!! Never booking here again!!

The property was dirty, there were towels on the floor and the electricity keep going out which caused me to reset my cpap machine several times
