1. Asked for two queen beds - was told we have king only, take it or go to another property. Front desk lady "Mel" 2. Air conditioner would make a very sharp alarm kind of noise every 2-3 minutes - when called, she said i dont have any technicians - nor can I shift you to another room - try unplugging - we tried did not help. We were forced to sleep in heat with AC OFF. 3. You must refund my rent for this one - it was terrible

The only two good things about this place: 1) location to aiport and 2) Front Desk Staff. Everthing was dismall. Lobby, stairwell, elevator, 2nd floor. The room was clean but very outdated and items were almost falling apart. The "bed" felt like a popup. Fortunately I only needed to be there one night to catch an early flight.

Went at 330 pm to check in. (Check in is 3 pm)I was told as were several people it would be at least another hour before we could check in. Checked in at 930 pm. Asked to get a rollaway ( amenities say for $10 rollaways available) receptionist said No. ( end of conversation) Woke up to a voice yelling and cursing. Tub had hair, Sink had hair. The room was incredibly dirty (numerous balls of long black hair on the floors and in the bed, implying that the room was never pre-cleaned before we checked into the room) and poorly maintained. There was tremendous noise created by the room next-door (loud TV from 1:30 am until 9;00 am), it was reported to the front desk night management multiple time and they did nothing about it. Dirty!! When we first checked in the room they gave us was not cleaned, dirty towels in the floor, bed not made, comdom boxes on the floor… 2nd room left over food in the cabinet, shower wasn’t cleaned, stains on all the countertops, garbage under the bed.. this hotel will Not be frequented by myself ever again…

hallway smells like weed, i had to leave 1 day early and loss prepaid stay

The hotel room was DIRTY!!! The floor wasn’t swept or mopped, the tops of the nights stands and other furniture were unclean, there were stains all over the walls and bedding. The room had an odd smell and you could hear everything from the hallway, next door and the floor above. I cancelled my stay and switched hotels
