Ugh- great location near airport but awful Key cards didn't work so had to have the manager open the door each time. The first room he opened for me was occupied...oops that was uncomfortable. The chair was covered in dirt and ruined a freshly dry-cleaned shirt that fell on it for a second. The bathroom shower rod was inverted so the curtain would not cover the opening causing the entire bathroom floor to be covered in water by the end of a quick rinse off. No key available to get in and out of the room. They had to escort you every time you wanted to go in and out of your room.

Filthy The first I checked into was filthy. There was some weird stuff on the floor Ali g with some ashes ( I think) dirty towels in the floor, hair on the bed. Just disgusting. Was checked into another room and it was just as bad. Very unclean motel. Lots of un savory types hanging around. Was given a full refund and went up the street to a nice hotel. This place is a dump.

That I paid in advance thru Expedia so when I chkd in and saw the room filthyvindutiion with a smell of ur rind and not as presented the desk clerk agreed to fully refund my Room Mel the desk clerk said the hotel is notcharging me however it seems difficult to get a live person at Expedia to verify when my refund will be credited , this was an very unsafe atmosphere and the only positive I felt was the desk clerk apologizing and unfortunately no answer other than chat bots so far please have support contact me . This is an outdated motel. Furnishings in the room showed a lot of deterioration. We were told by another guest that it is a place for drug rehab residents. The corridors are filled with cigarette smells

1 star for cleanliness Room wasn't clean. Floors had hair everywhere, they definitely hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The toilet had pee all over the seat, i had to clean it myself. No towels in room, i had to ask

The place is dirty, the bed linen looks like it hasn't been change, there is a strand of hair from the previous guest who checked in, the room smells bad, no one is answering when you call the front desk from your room, there is a person just lingering in the hallway of the hotel

DON'T DO IT. I am extremely disappointed and bothered at how disgusting this hotel was. The very first thing I noticed when walking into the lobby was the strong stench of animal and pee. Instant regret. The elevators were just as horrible. I cannot stress enough how bad the entire hotel smells. The room itself however was not as bad as the common areas but still not great.
