Disappointed The floors in the room were black, the safety lock on the door didn’t work, the bathroom door didn’t lock, it smelled in the room and like weed in the hallway! Toe nails along side the bathtub! The biggest thing, this is a pet friendly hotel and we got a complaint about our dogs barking! The first night I’m sure due to the adjustment, but they declined us paying for an extra night due to a “second complaint” when we were in the room with the dogs the entire night from 7pm and took them with us out the building a... read more

Check-in was a nightmare due to a customer in front of me trying to book 30 highschoolers (without having warned the hotel in advance, sent a list of copies of IDs and arrangements for room-sharing), yet the staff at the desk would have had me wait for an hour if I had not protested the situation. VERY poor hygiene (the chairs in the room still literally had soil from sole prints when I checked in), the so-called breakfast is a joke: gas-station style coffee and granola bars plus some small muffins near the reception desk, a... read more

I didn't like anything. The reason we chose this hotel is because it was close to the airport and we had a flight the next day. My husband had stayed at an Extended stay america in the past, however, not at this one. He said it was ok for a night stay. This location was disgusting. Our room windows were left open, the room smelled like cigarettes and marijiuana, and when we opened the bed the sheets hadn't been changed. They were dirty and had loose hairs! DISGUSTING.

Business response:

Dear Jaime, Please accept our apologies for not living up to your expectation during your recent visit to our hotel, especially the issues you encountered in your suite. We understand how important it is to have a clean, well-maintained room free of smoke, and we’re sorry for being unable to make that happen for you. We have discussed your concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are thoroughly inspected before allocating to future guests. Thank you for letting us know of the issues with your stay, and we hope... read more

Complete disarray no front desk staff at 11:30 PM Clerk was not available when we arrived. We called and rang the bell. Nobody showed up. After 35 minutes he came and he said that he is the only one on the property. He took my drivers license and my credit card and made copies of them on a copy machine, which is totally unacceptable. We were into the room after another 40 minutes wait, because he didn’t know which rooms were available and clean. Took us to a room that had a double bed even if we have booked a king size bed f... read more
