When I first arrived the front desk employee was being rude to another customer. My first impression of the place was mid. I had trouble checking in, Alexander who was the person helping me kept saying my reservation wasn't showing up. After maybe 30-40 minutes we were able to get into the room. A lot of peaple feave on this Hotel.My first impression is a two girls fighting in the front desk they workers from the Hotel also is a lot of bags on the hall (trash or dirty clothes bags) my room is 117 the neightboard put his tv at 5am and I can heard cant sleep also the breakfast is really bad.

The inside where the staircase is smelled of untimely. The room hallways smelled or cigarette smoke.

We showed up and they did not have a room to give us. We had to leave and do a six hour ride home at 9pm
