Put in a “model room” with toilet that was not working when asked for a plunger staff informed me I would have to wait til morning Manager was rude and did nothing to resolve situation

Disappointed The floors in the room were black, the safety lock on the door didn’t work, the bathroom door didn’t lock, it smelled in the room and like weed in the hallway! Toe nails along side the bathtub! The biggest thing, this is a pet friendly hotel and we got a complaint about our dogs barking! Check-in was a nightmare due to a customer in front of me trying to book 30 highschoolers (without having warned the hotel in advance, sent a list of copies of IDs and arrangements for room-sharing), yet the staff at the desk would have had me wait for an hour if I had not protested the situation.
