Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

There was a roach on my pillow.

Dirty sheets , unfriendly staff during the check in. Bedsheets has hairs and floors are filthy has been clean thoroughly!

Breakfast is a joke! Rooms not good! Their computer was not working when I checked in. Took a while to checked us in. Breakfast next day was horrible! Nothing to eat just a few bars and they were out of coffee and the creamer did not even pump! They didn’t refill anything! The place was not clean! Not staying here again! The room has no shampoo, or lotion or anything in the bathroom!

Hotel is spacias and clean somewhat. The room has thin wall and you can hear talking next door. Hotel staffs are talking all day/night. They never answer the service call.

The pet policy needs to be better enforced or changed. The pet owners are either super lazy or super disgusting. There is always piss from the dogs in the stairwells or at the door walk ways.

Walking up there was dog feces in front of the front doors, Ok, so maybe that just happened and the staff wasn't aware but once inside I could see the faux wood floor hadn't been polished in a long time. The entire facility smelled like I was living over a restaurant.
