This property is staffed by some very kind, hard working and helpful individuals but there is the matter of cleanliness or lack thereof. There are more offensive smells competing for time in this building than I have ever encountered. Pot, cigarettes, bad cologne/perfume, deodorizers and cleaners and it all creates a stench that deprives you of sleep. The price is cheap and im assuming this is the reason people are staying here, Dont!dont! dont! bother it will be a dissapointment, you have been warned.The place is run down inside , has a very bad smell stench all around..Room wasnt even clean when we checked in. My son was scared to sleep on the bed . We literally checked back out and went to another hotel even though it was very late. The city should shut this place down .

Room was not clean. There were hairpins near the clothes rack. A face towel from a previous guest was still hanging in the shower.

Bug infested room, bad cleanest, old rooms It was not a pleasant experience. Room was infested with some type of flying bug. Came to the area to attend a night concert. I noticed a few of the pests when I checked in the room and thought the few that I killed would be the end of it, however when I returned later after the concert came to the realization that I was dealing with a more serious situation and that the room was infested. Cheapness looses customer. Un maintained facility. Cheap towels. Pillows that were uncomfortable. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Cheap operation I will never stay there again.

.. Very unsatisfied with this hotel. The hallway where my room was located had trash outside the doors for the entire weekend of my stay that had the hallway smelling bad. Also, whoever was above me had multiple dogs that wouldn’t allowed us to sleep throughout the night. I do want to give Raymond a 5star on his CSR service but besides that, wouldn’t recommend!
