As exiting elevator, could smell cigarette smoke. The walls are thin could hear someone’s tv.

Lots of trash in the parking lot, check-in was great; very freindly staff and smooth process, Laundry room was filthy with lint and clothes all over the floor, room was fine for a one to two night stay but kitchen needs to be updated if staying for a long period of time. Overall 3 out of 5. The staff where cleaning some of the property at 11pm
The location of John Wayne Airport Extended Stay is great for those with kids at UCI. The property is rundown and dirty though, strong animal smells in 2nd floor elevator room. Room wasn't too bad. Ai was a good desk person who was helpful and friendly.
