We were not aware that there was pets allowed in the hotel. The floor was sticky and no breakfast was served. The bed was very hard and the pillows were small and flat

I've stayed with this chain of hotels for over two decades on many trips. I general, I like them. However, sometimes they have disappointed. In this case, internet reliability was the biggest annoyance. It frequently would freeze or become very slow. They offer an option to upgrade, but I don't need speed, just a connection that's always available. I had to switch to my phone hotspot a few times. It's nice chain of hotels, so I hope they work a little harder to keep it this way.
