Shower clogged, tv did not work, no shampoo or conditioner in shower. Toilet clogged up in first room given

The refrigerator was gross and not clean outside. The sink in the bathroom was dirty. Dirty towels in the bathroom. The room had a musty type smell. Gross, total gross experience. I will never stay here again.

Unhygienic condition, room was smelly, unclean room. Dirt hanging on the ceiling. Broken furniture. Hair on the room chair, damaged tub. They did offer another room next day. This was the worst experience of my life.

1. Asked for two queen beds - was told we have king only, take it or go to another property. Front desk lady "Mel" 2. Air conditioner would make a very sharp alarm kind of noise every 2-3 minutes - when called, she said i dont have any technicians - nor can I shift you to another room - try unplugging - we tried did not help. We were forced to sleep in heat with AC OFF. 3. You must refund my rent for this one - it was terrible

The only two good things about this place: 1) location to aiport and 2) Front Desk Staff. Everthing was dismall. Lobby, stairwell, elevator, 2nd floor. The room was clean but very outdated and items were almost falling apart. The "bed" felt like a popup. Fortunately I only needed to be there one night to catch an early flight.
