I was extremely disappointed with this Extended Stay. When we walked in to the room, it was freezing cold (AC set to 60) and it smelled clean. We quickly realized that it was far from clean. I saw some spots on the bathroom floor. I took a damp washcloth to it and I was really shocked at just how dirty it was. Came in at 1145pm on the 17th of August..was givin a key for a room that was occupied by someone else..Went back to front desk and was givin another key that didnt work...At this point i didnt even think he worked at your hotel...We came all the way from the valley...to get this type of service from your hotel is beyond bad ...Rick Gonzales pls would like someone to call me ...

No. No. No. Very outdated, severely in need up renovations. They allow dogs…. We noticed a few pee puddles near the elevators. The bathroom shower was nasty, it was so gross- I felt unclean after showering but had no choice. Honestly, we expected a lot better being near the airport. Customer service was great though, fast and easy check-in & out.

Door are hard to Open. Keys are not working many attempts were made but still not working

This property was very close to where I needed to be on the days I stayed. Apart from that... There is a reason the rooms are so cheap. The greasy front doors of the lobby and broken elevator were a warning. The remains of scotch tape on the door of my room (422) made me wonder what was posted there. I opened the door to the strong smell of fish and maybe urine that I'd hoped would air out, it never did. The odor is extremely pervasive. At 2:30am there was loud popping and bubbling noises from the bathroom. After 30 mins, went to check and there was soap bubbles coming up from the toilet and bathroom drain to fill the whole floor. Had to go to the front desk at 3am to get towels to cover the entire bathroom

Bad rating Very dirty. Hallway carpets full of large stains smelled like urine. Clumps of dog hair visible in vestibule. Oily floors in room. Paint chipping of walls. Is in major need of a cleaning job and new carpets in hallway. Either mngr never goes there or he just ignores these things.

We go in later and when we got to the room there was no coffee make for the morning or shampoo and conditioner. There was signs say if we wanted these item we needed to ask the fro t desk. Too tired to make another trip down stairs. No wall decor so it felt very unwelcoming. I guess I am used to better Accommodations.
