Horrible Extremely noisy! Slept 2 hours. Rust/dirt coming from tub spout. Will never stay there again.

But I didn't like about the places that they had prostitution going on and the manager is involved and there were cigarette hole Burns and the sheet and they lied plenty and they violated my Ada rights and I'm going to bring food per part 2 section 504 with a 88 regulations state that I can have my dogs because I'm legally disabled that law was enacted in 1986 it's mandated by the supreme Court and I have recorded him violating my civil rights and I have a case with the department of Justice currently against another hotel f... read more

Customer service ? Not so much Apparently the site I used to book my stay canceled my reservation and did not tell me. I still had it on my end as booked. The lady at the front desk would not honor what I showed her on my app or on my email and charged me a larger amount to make a fresh reservation. There was used soap in the shower from guests before me. There were stains on the sheets. The cabinets in the kitchen had black scuff marks all over them.

Didn't like having to go to the counter for everything. It seems like shampoo and a hairdryer should be in the room.

Bring your own cleaning supplies! I’ve always wondered what Extended Stay America hotels were like so decided to try one. We were planning on staying a week. Had we not arrived so late in the day I would have walked back out and gone somewhere else but we were tired and decided to stick it out for one night. The place was so dirty! Dirty old hotels We can’t believe this kind of hotel is still existed. Very old and dirty, they said they are on remodeling process but we don’t think they will. Hotels.com please take them of your listing. It’s nothing good about them and we don’t want to recommend to anyone.

I stayed here. At checkout not a single things about the property or it’s amenities was explained to me. They watched me struggle to bring my items in and never offered a dolly or anything from the back. They did not do room service and their trash room was filled sky high for the 10 days I was there. At check out they were incredibly rude and yelled at me in front of other guests.
