When we arrived the lady behind the counter gave us a mean look. Then another staff checked us in and was very nice. The room was naked. No coffee pot no nothing in kitchenette. You have to ask for anything. The tub looked dirty but actually disguised to look that way. Grainy. The key card envelope had written on back “ grab and go breakfast” but did not indicate where. The next morning went to lobby for coffee. No cream no bag and go. I’ll never stay in an Extended again

Old Room - 206 Bathtub dirty with hair upon arrival Thin walls , we could listen to neighbors up , down & side to side.... That's what we get for being cheep Will not return

The room was not clean. There was hair on the shower and bugs on the bed.

Amenities were non existent. I had to ask for a coffee maker and cups. No condiments were supplied and when I asked I was never given. Room was not cleaned even after I asked for it I be cleaned. I was told that feature was only available on request

Never again! In general, I thought it was a retirement home, I drove up and thought I was at the wrong place, I made a few rounds to ensure I had the correct address. Seniors running around in their pj's, really no type of breakfast. I stayed here a few years ago and it wasn't too bad. Will never stay here again, I was very disappointed. The nightly price of $200 was excessive for this stay!

Room appeared clean but really was very dirty. When arriving the whole building had a strong bleach scent that was very unpleasant. Floors were very dirty and bedding made my family and I very itchy :( the hotel in general had a nasty smoke smell and the area surrounding the hotel seemed very unsafe. Do not recommend! yes it’s cheap but not worth it!

No working toilet The toilet in my room did not work, I was told that I could not switch rooms and that the maintenance man *may* be buy in the morning. I checked out after 3 hours.

Unbelievable! The worst experience ever! It was awful! Yellow pee stains on the toilet and dryed pee on floor. Asked a lady in the am to take care of it while we were out all day. Came back nothing had been done. Manager kept making excuses. I cleaned it my self. Asked for the room to be comped he said no.
