We chose this hotel because it was close to restaurants & freeways. The hotel didn’t feel safe with back door broken didn’t need your hotel card to get in anyone had access. No blow dryer available in the room, hotel does not supply any kitchen plates, utensils, paper towels etc. No ice makers in the hotel you have to make your own ice! Hotel stairwell & halls stunk!!! Bring your own pillows these were so flat & uncomfortable!!! We definitely won’t be returning.

We had a flight connection that was interrupted and we arrived late and last in the check in would not let us check in so we had to find another hotel and pay twice for one night of lodging. The young lady at check in counter was very unprofessional and would not even listen to us as we tried to explain or late check in. We did call to as if we could have late check in but did not reach a staff member before our flight left. Two children crying not knowing if we would have to sleep in a car is not what I needed that night!!

My room was very clean but there were bugs in my kitchen area.

Do not stay here Do not stay here. There are a lot of people staying here long term. There was the guy out front smoking his joint numerous times a day. The breakfast is horrible. Well there really is no breakfast just muffins. There is nothing in the rooms. No coffee maker no paper towels no silverware and they are still blaming covid which most hotels are back to normal. Staff was suppose to let my daughter know when she could check in early and he never called us.

Property needs work. The property needs work. The furniture is old and shows wear and it just didn’t feel clean. The first room we were given smelled like smoke even though it was a no smoking room. The third floor hallway was rittled with trash. The second room was ok but the furniture is so dated.

They downgraded our room so we only had one queen. Gave us a roll in bed that was embarrassing…worst I have ever seen. And I still paid the price I paid for two queen beds. This is on Expedia and the Hotel. Just a complete joke
