Lost my reservation. Spent 1 hour on the phone. 1 receptionist was not helpful at all. After an hour Briana figured it out and checked us in within 5 min.

Horrible hotel, no better than a Motel 6. The bathtub was disgusting and the bed was horrible.

They did not let me check in in saying that there was no more rooms available when I had my confirmation confirmation number that I ordered through Expedia and they still said no

The outside of the property looks great and kept up but once you walk in through the hallways to get to your room is horrible! Smell in rooms from people cooking next door is soo strong!

First off, I got an email the morning of check in saying you were oversold and our room was being downgraded. That was annoying. When we were checking in, we could tell the guy who checked us in Hates his job, or was just having a really bad day. He seemed annoyed when I asked a couple of questions. He was annoyed when we asked about masks, I think because he wasn’t wearing one. He said he had asthma which maybe he does and he was behind a plexiglass. Sad stay The front desk attendant wasn't very friendly at all. The hotel didn't offer complimentary ice. We and several other people almost got our cars towed. We parked in an area in front of hotel, thinking it was part of their parking area. In the morning we all had warning tickets on our windshield. The front desk attendant never said anything about not parking there. We were very disappointed with our stay there. Wont be staying there again
