Very bad smelling This hotel is not comfortable at all. Beds smelled like musty mold, pillows were unbearable. Bed was very uncomfortable and felt hard to sleep on. If you sit at the end of the bed the front lifts up off floor. Not much of amenities inside room. Had to ask for cups and soaps, not enough for even 2 people in room. Very unhappy with this stay. Won’t stay there again The bed was like sleeping on cement the pillows were terrible and the tv was about 22” and sat very low making it difficult to watch when laying in bed. Was so bad that the general manager comped the night

Would not let my employee check in as all he had was paper driver's license as his license was just renewed. Had a terrible time getting my deposit back, what a joke.

Convention attendees No everyday housekeeping, i stayed there for 5 nights and not a single housekeeping. You have to pay extra $10 if you want your room cleaned and trash emptied. A/C was not cold but will do.

The property overall is not clean. Hallways smells on the third floor. Carpet is dirty inside the room. The Refrigerator inside the room we didn’t even use, looks unkempt.
