Overall this hotel is a notch below a motel 6. The tap water is over treated and tastes awful. Vending machine was out of order and nighttime front desk staff was completely unhelpful in helping us find palatable water for our son. Facilities are old but clean.

Outdated, dirty, and not what it looked like online When we arrived, It looked like an old apartment Breakfast was not even continental It was coffee and granola bars Never staying here again

The room was dirty and I didn't feel safe there. I didn't even take the time to unpack. Just walked in, looked around, and left.

Is worse than Motel 6. We decided not to stay. We left

The smells from other people cooking permeated the entire floor I was on. There were only a few television stations available.

The people on the front desk were helpful. The facility looked run down and in poor shape.

The staff was nice but the hotel room was dirty, the bathtub faucet leaked nonstop, and the room smelled.

Horrible service Extended stay used to provide a good service for families now it has been overrun by people who use this for incessant reasons. It has become very dirty and unacceptable

Amanda at the desk was nice , we got to our room to find that the tub was leaking and our door never locks ! So someone could of walked in without a key . We moved rooms to have the sink to be clogged and the ac to smell of something burning . Amanda did what she could but I will be reaching out further about my staff.
