Whack ass place Maintenance horrible. Didn’t get what I want (bed size). Place was dirty in general. Some molds in the restroom. After seeing all that just made the whole entire hotel feel dirty. Even though it was an convenient walking distance to the Honda Center, I would not book this place again.

It is hard to find the entrance to the property. We can see the building from the street but there is no sign to lead you to drive there from Ketella Ave. You have to enter the parkibg lot of the theater and the property parking lot is behind the theater. The acceasories at the location is all by request. The front desk run out of cloth hanges and hair dryer. Very incovienient.

Horrible hotel Hotel looks nice from the outside but smells inside: even though it says non smoking the hallways and room smells of smoke. Breakfast was a joke ( coffee and a granola bar): when we checked in the room was occupied. The other room they switched us to had a leaking bathtub faucet. Overall the quality for the price we paid was not good at all.

Poor room condition, pipe's that's noisy, refrigerator old and stained. Coffee maker brought to room didn't work.

the front desk and the manager especially the most diabolical and utterly accusatory for the toilet breaking down and having to give us a new room for it. They started by telling me I should take the plunger and fix their bathroom because she was not the maintenance, so they made me one and then blamed me by screaming in my face for having changed the room for which they show no concern for my having to move to a new room 3 in the morning and went in and in to gossip about us then to blame us for their technical problems. It is just goo at the outside but the room is so run down. The bed is not comfortable and the blankets you feel it is not washed right. There's a lot of people check-in that makes you uncomfortable. I'll never consider to stay there.

What I didn’t like was the fact that it smell really bad inside the room. The hotel hallways also smelled

We were required to have an ID on file from everyone in the room just have a cup in the room. There no plates, cups, utensils available to you otherwise. There was blood on the comforter, the desk chair had several stains that looked recently attained. We complained about the room and we received a discount and offered a different room. Nervously we checked everything. We found more dark red splatter on the bathroom door and around the wall into the living room area. So we requested a refund and went somewhere else.

This hotel smelled like smoke, no complimentary breakfast, staff asked ID for occupant, not very friendly. Would not recommending staying here, you can find a hotel much better than this at the same price!
