Hotel didn't honor my reservation, I was told they were sold out when I had a confirmed reservation. This was supposed to be a rest stop while traveling. No one else in the area had available rooms, so my family and I slept in parking lot.

The rooms cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. The floors were dirty. The towels had stains and the shower could have used a good scrubbing.

The staff wasn't friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't clean and the mattress for the sofa bed was horrible! The springs were coming out! They didn't provide us with enough towels for me, my wife and kids. We stayed for two nights and they didn't come to clean the room once and we had to take out our own garbage. It was a very bad experience.

Horrible, Not like room pictures, Dirty Wouldn't stay at this hotel again the service is non-existent, beware of the rooms they don't look how they look in the pictures. Room was extremely dirty, sheets were dirty, toilet was full of black scum like it hasn't been cleaned in months or years. Window curtains had black stains on it like if someone didn't make it to the bathroom, comforter was stained with blood.

The shower/tub spout leaked the entire weekend. On the first night there, I wok up in the middle of the night and went to the bathroom. There was a roach crawling up the tub. On the second night, my daughter was siting on the sofa only to see a roach crawling on the armrest of the sofa. I ended up leaving all the snacks purchase at Universal’s for our trip cause the thought of roaches around the food simply disgusted me.

The recepsinest was very rude , without asking me and taking oernission She took picture with her tablet my driver license and that make me scared that the stuff will still my identi , welcoming was horoble, no One was at the reception ı Walted 15 min after ı look around , the lady was in the hollway coming out one of the hotel room first Floor , when ask for help she Said , what!!! The bathroom had a dirty towel hanging up behind the door and there was trash on the floor and a foul smell when you enter the room. The grab n go breakfast wasn’t what I expected there were no juice or a variety to choose from for the price of the room I also do not like the no show fee especially when I made the reservation and called to inform them that I wouldn’t arrive by that time I will never stay here again
