I did not enjoy my stay, first I paid for a non-smoking room and received a room with cigarette smell. Second, “breakfast included” no breakfast was available the first day, the second day only hot chocolate and coffee was served. Third, i requested extra sheets to use the sofa bed and more towels and they ignored me and did not provide them. Fourth, i requested again towels and they were hesitant to give the to me. Fifth, not clean and very dusty room. The only pro is the location which is 12 min to Universal Studios.

Room 241 wash room water blockage. Nothing there for breakfast.. grab and go some cup cake/muffin.

The rooms were good but everything else did not please the young woman who greeted us when we arrived, very friendly, good service for those who came after her, on the contrary, the pool did not work, full of green water and it said breakfast included and really what was there. Overall everything about thia property is horrible..staff was not friendly..room was smelly..no mirrors besides one in bathroom..no toiletries or kitchen stuff unless you ask. Would not stay here again. Not worth tbe price. Also elevator was broken when someone was in there..thank god I wasn't taking it. Whole place needs upgrade and renovated.

Terrible Horrible el servicio, el front desk esta vacio la mayoria del tiempo, el edificio en malas condiciones, sucio, el supuesto destino es un muffin ni si quiera hay cafe ni jugos, ni bagels, nada. Lo unico q me gusto es q cupo toda mi familia, 5 adultos y 3 niños uno grande y dos pequeños pq tenia sofa cama, eso fue todo lo q me gusto.
