The property looked ran down, had a very bad odor in the hall and in my room. The sofa bed was not prepared, when i pulled the sofa out to set up the bed i seen bed bugs.

The staff was nice, but the hotel has roaches

Hot tub jets did not work and hot tub was dirty. Our room keys were constantly not working. Very inconvenient when you're hands are full and you're at the furthest possible room from the lobby. Had to ask for linens for the fold out bed and dishes for the room. Felicia was great, but there was another worker that was not so friendly when asking for towels.
