The room was dated and smelled like it had not been cleaned to the new CoVid standard. There were hairs left behind in the tub and cracks in the walls not to mention the grout on the tub was for the most part gone. There were no doors on the 2 closets that were available for use. The sofa bed was not made, after a day of fun in the sun and having booked a room for 5 the 2 beds were dressed but unfortunately the sofa bed in all of its stained glory was naked. We checked in some time after 9pm only to make a bed the room servi... read more

On expeidas website they said certain amenities closed due to covid 19.. when we arrived we found out EVERY AMENITIE was closed. The pools, hot tubs etc gym everything. This should have been advertised. Soon as i arrived the person at the front desk was not wearing a mask to check me in. So I took mine off. For my stay i was asked to put my mask on by the same maskless employee.....Sorry you lose that right when your employees dont follow it. Next up the 3rd floor was filled with the smell of marajuana. As a matter of fact t... read more

If I had known that the amenities were closed I wouldn’t have booked. We were in Orlando for my kids spring break. There was hair in the beds so I didn’t feel that the sheets were cleaned. We didn’t have enough towels and washcloths so when we asked for more I was told to bring the others from the room back but there wasn’t enough! Great location but terrible service! I would never stay here again!

So this hotel had a plethora of problems during our stay. It is in a great location for tourists. When I arrive, the cops are there solving a dispute between a guest and the hotel attendant. We check in without a problem. One negative was that the pool, hot tub were not usable and they were not serving continental breakfast. The room was spacious with two beds and a let out sofa bed. When I went to the front desk to retrieve an extra set of linens for the sofa bed, they told me they were at capacity and had no more linens or... read more

Masks required, cleanliness is not. To begin a vacation by being harassed about a mask, was beyond maddening. As I go to find my room after being harassed, I notice the doors are covered in sticky slime and dirt. The doors, the door handles, anywhere you touched was slimy and gross. The room smelled of human urine. Upon turning on the fan to the A/C unit, I was blasted with the smell of human urine. The pillows smelled of other people heads. The floors were extremely sticky, including the carpet had a sticky feel. I’d concen... read more

unsatisfied Unfortunately, even with the state in phase 3 opening. No amenities, no breakfast, no offering of dishes or silverware in the room. I feel businesses are using Covid 19 as a cop out due to laziness. The check in associate even told us they used to offer grab bags for breakfast but no longer, that didn't help us out and felt even more frustrating to us. Restroom was not clean, toilet not clean, mold growing on counter top by sink...we had stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. Unfortunately we will not be b... read more

The credit card machines was supposedly broken. I don't believe it was broken at all. Lana badgered me about signing a credit card authorization form. I don't trust her or like her because she's evil & lied about my federal ID not scanning into their system. With all of the identity theft, why are they scanning customer IDs? This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at this property & want the money they took for an early check in refunded because I was already staying on the property. Lana called several times to suppos... read more
