I believe need my money back because after sleeping in your hotel, I have bites and rashes all over my body from bed bugs.

We stay in the past in this hotel, we have three kids and like the fact that the rooms te spacious and have two beds and a sofa bed, but this time around the sofa bed was impossible to use it was dirty, stain and found some blood drops on it. We asked to have it replace but no luck. Very disappointed we like the hotel, staff is always very nice and polite. But won’t be staying there again.

A bit dirty overall. Saw a roach in the kitchen. They didn’t bring extra bedding when requested. Shower handle was broken. The stairwells stank of pot smoke. The only good thing was location close to restaurants. Will not be staying here again.

I would srongly discourage families from staying here. Its not a safe place for children and its far from clean! We had to go buy cleaning supplies hust to make it somewhat ok. The managaer was really nice but the activity they have going on at this hotel is definitely not ok. There were tons of DIFFERENT people coming and going in and out of 2 rooms down the gall. I need my money back for this room. When I arrived they asked for my friends License and also said they could not rent to me.
