Don’t expect much The only plus point of staying here is very convenient location and large spacious rooms. Rest all facilities are questionable. - Housekeeping is once a week, you can take your soiled towels to exchange for new ones but that takes couple of follow-ups. - Kitchen utensils like glasses, ice buckets are always out of stock. - Booked room with King bed & sofa bed for family of 4, but no arrangement for 4 guests. No bells. No whistles Room was clean and the guy who checked us is was nice. Other then that, it was disappointing. Paper-thin walls, terrible pillows, pullout bed looked gross and had to make an extra trip to front desk for bedding. No coffee in the room. There’s a fridge, microwave and oven, but no coffee maker! Water pressure was terrible and “grab and go” breakfast was a joke. We won’t be back.

STAY AWAY...ROACHES GALORE!!! My family and I stayed at the Extended Stay America in Orlando recently and the very first night found roaches in our room. When we went downstairs, there was nobody at the front desk. When we did find someone at the front desk next morning, we were told that it might have been a one-off experience and were moved to another room. The hotel is in very poor condition. 1. The bedding is all ripped. 2. There were cockroaches around in the rooms. 3. Sofa Bed was completely broken. 4. Hotel didn't have extra blankets 5. had to wait for frontdesk for longer times to talk about anything 6. Old, Stained and smelly mattress 7. Carpet warned out

Terrible!!!! Desde que se abre la puerta en el lobby se siente un olor a humedad espantoso, todo el hotel huele feo. Todo es viejisimo, el aseo muy mediocre, no hacen house keeping diariamente. El Sofacama roto y el colchón con manchas de orines, los del front desk cero empáticos. El desayuno, baggles, y tostadas, una leche y un jugo de naranjas que se nota son de 1 peso. Pills on the floor, sock under the bed, bottles under the bed. 2 dead worm bugs in the room. Similar complaints of bugs and worse on a paper on the desk from other customers. Front desk worker was AMAZING and came to vaccuum the room herself.
