When I checked in, the lady at the desk made a mistake with my reservation. She was very apologetic but it took several attempts and phone calls that evening to fix. The room appeared clean and I got my clothes ready for the following work day. At about 1230 at night, I felt something on my face and turned on the lights. I would never stay here again! The staff was the best pet of the stay. Room was in disarray, there were cockroaches in the room, the TV didn’t have a remote, and they gave a working key card to another guest who woke me up first thing in the morning trying to get into the room! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The place is crawling with roaches. Big roaches, medium sized roaches, small roaches. Infestation! Stovetop didn't work, and no one came to fix after reporting it 3 times. Was there for 5 days. Never again. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

We checked in to find the room was NOT clean! There was half a bar of soap stuck to the floor in the bathtub, and ants were also in the bathtub. After about an hour of being there we started noticing cockroaches everywhere! They were blending in with the carpet, but noticed them crawling on the table in the kitchen, the windows, the bathroom counter, under the door, and in and out of the air conditioning vents. The property is very conveniently located for conferences. Very close to the convention center, which is great. Negative is that the property really needs to work on cleanliness. Rooms were very superficially clean. Beds clean, towels clean but corners of the rooms, fans and vents all dirty, carpets look very well worn and dirty, cockroaches coming out of the A/C was the worst part.
