The bathroom had a dirty towel hanging up behind the door and there was trash on the floor and a foul smell when you enter the room. The grab n go breakfast wasn’t what I expected there were no juice or a variety to choose from for the price of the room I also do not like the no show fee especially when I made the reservation and called to inform them that I wouldn’t arrive by that time I will never stay here again

Horrible Josie at the front desk was rude. She harassed family members for not wearing masks. She only let my wife check in and then requested ID from everyone in our party. They kept telling us our room was not paid for when I had a receipt that clearly stated it was. Room smelled. The whole place reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke in this “non-smoking” hotel. No rooms available. They were overbooked. Tried calling Expedia and was told to leave a call back number and they would call me back in one hour. It was 2 hours (1 am) when representative called me. I was left on hold for 38 minutes and the phone went dead. I looked at my credit card and was charged for the hotel stay. I have NOT been able to get this resolved as of yet.

Worst ever-no proper air condition,not clean

There were ants in the kitchen in our room and dog poop in the hallway on the third floor. Vending machines wouldn’t work. It was close to all the parks but I wouldn’t pay to stay here again.

The hotel had a foul odor, I encountered 2 rude front desk agent who wouldn’t give me towels. Overall I would never stay there again
